Todd Fine
Todd Fine is Vice President and General Manager of
Wintellect's Commercial Consulting division, a nationally recognized
consulting, training and debugging firm dedicated to helping companies
build better software, faster. Prior to Wintellect, Todd worked in
several positions at RDA Corporation for over 11 years, starting first
as a Consultant and senior Project Manager, and later working as
Managing Director of the company's Atlanta office. Other positions at
